• Junior Tax Preparer – No prior income tax experience required.Bachelors’ degree, Associates degree in accounting or prior income tax experience a must.Successful candidates will learn basic tax preparation skills for federal and state individual and business returns.You will learn how to properly document prepared returns, prepare individual, partnership, s corporation and corporation returns, prepare individual and business tax planning, complete basic income tax research. • Senior Tax Preparer – 2 to 4 years income tax experience required.Bachelors’ degree, Associates degree in accounting or prior income tax experience a must, CPA license or Masters’ degree a plus. Successful candidates will learn complex tax preparation skills for federal, multi-state individual and business returns, multi-tiered entity returns and individual and business international tax rules.You will prepare complex individual and business tax returns, review simple tax returns, complete complex income tax research and work directly with tax managers and partners to solve complex tax issues.

• Accounting System Implementer – Experience setting up computer based accounting systems a must. Successful candidate will assist in configuring, converting and training internet-based accounting and business managements systems. This is the latest technology available in the accounting software industry. Must be comfortable working with internet based applications and must be knowledgeable of general business cycles. Successful candidates will be trained on NetSuite and Intacct, two of the most successful on demand accounting applications, and work directly with clients and partners to successfully convert and implement these systems. Some travel is required.

• Client Billing and Administrative Assistant – Experience in public accounting industry a plus but not required. Primarily responsible for preparing monthly invoicing for all clients from billing worksheets completed by partners. Requires ability to type 50 wpm and must enjoy paying attention to detail. Knowledge of CCH Practice Management a plus. Successful candidate will also assist with general typing, receptionist duties and document management needs.
